Ozeri Artesio Electric Pepper Grinder Review

Ah, the daily challenge of making great meals for the family without spending hours or going insane. Why do I only have two hands when I clearly need at least three?! Any little thing helps, right? Well, unless that little thing happens to be a child of pet underfoot… or even better, a child on the hip.

This helpful little thing is an Ozeri Artesio Electric Pepper Grinder. Just add 4 AA batteries and let the magic begin! Okay, so not really magic, but look at this. I can take the lid off of my pot and grind pepper without putting the lid down. I know! Maybe I’ve been stuck in the Mom Cave for far too long, but I love little gadgets that do the work for me.
Another great thing about the pepper grinder is that it’s easy on the wrist. Whether you have carpel tunnel, tendinitis, or just weak wrists like I do, it helps make preparing meals just a little less painful.

Let’s get technical for a minute. The Ozeri pepper grinder can also be used for salt or spices. It has a built-in light that turns on so you can see what you’re peppering. It also has a non-slip grip so that you don’t drop it in your soup as you’re trying to season it.

When I am trying to decide whether or not to buy a product I always read online reviews. When I’m on websites like Amazon I mostly read the reviews that are 5 star and 1 star. I want to know the best and the worst. While reading the Amazon reviews for the Ozeri pepper grinder I noticed that almost all of the 1 star reviews had something in common. They all stated that the grinder simply didn’t work, and that a representative from Ozeri actually commented on their review expressing a desire to correct the problem. That is  good customer service in my opinion. The company sought out the unhappy customers, not the other way around. It did seem like those who had given a less than glowing review had bought a grinder that was defective. I have not encountered any of the problems that these customers had.

What do YOU think? Does this seem like a gadget worth having?

This is a pretty gadget as well as functional. A salad just always seems fancier and tastier with fresh ground pepper!

I love when things like this fall into my lap. I did not know there was such a thing. I am getting to the point that electric can openers are suddenly my friend with my wrist injury making manual impossible. I thought I was going to have to settle for less flavor in my spices. You just made my day I love to cook and well thank you.

So cool! This would help so much. I love the flavor of fresh pepper, but avoid it because of arthritic pain flare ups. Thanks!
